Shipping policy

We normally complete packing within a day on weekdays. Whilst we endeavour at all times to do this, we might require more time during high peak periods. For items requiring manufacturing the time will be stated with the item listing.

All orders will be shipped per selected option by the customer for the couriers. Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Please do not specify a PostNet address unless you are sure your local PostNet will accept deliveries from couriers.

Kindly note that overnight delivery by the courier is only during weekdays, shipments on Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on this option on a Friday or over a weekend will only be shipped on Monday when prepared. Selected courier option defines delivery timeframe. Economy times are generally longer.

Orders placed using the direct EFT to our account option will only be sent once your payment reflects in our bank account due to fraudulent proof of payments receive by e-mail.

Pickup?

This option is in place to allow customers who place multiple orders the same day to remove courier fees as we ship them together, or single collection when ready. You will be notified when ready. If you intend to place multiple orders kindly let us know in order to send you a discount code to remove fees where orders can be shipped together. Please do not use this option if you cannot collect or are not combining orders.

Collection is only available during our office hours.

Your shipments might be sent a few days later. Our staff needs to deal with escalated orders, we might run late, please expect this. We run these orders through in a 1st come 1st served basis. We please request your patience with us. Customers add additional orders during packing, and we do offer a courier fee cancel for those when needed to group. Please accept the fact that there will be a delay.

Overnight delivery orders

We can only send overnight if the shipment is complete by 11H00 on the day of shipment.
